Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
ALL ARE PRICED ARE INCLUSIVE OF GST RATES ON JEWELLERY
ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY :
All payments on www.shopaimraa.com are securely processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.
COPYRIGHT POLICY:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery is only eligible on orders below the value of Rs. 3000 /-. Any order exceeding the total value of Rs. 3000 /- will be automatically processed as prepaid.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to teamaimraa@gmail.com we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled or modified. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aimra’a and accepts Aimraa ’s decision regarding the cancellation.
No Refund & Exchange will be given in the Following Cases.
All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
There will be no return /exchange /replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.
We will not refund or exchange if we received a used product.
We will not Exchange or Return with Minor color and design variation Due to the differences in displays of computers / laptops / phones or may be photographic lighting sources the color of the image and product may slightly differ. Also, we already clarify that each product is handcrafted by traditional craft artisan.
We will not refund if the address is found incorrect or outdated.
We will not refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.
In case of refund approved, only Product value will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note all the prices are excluding Custom duties, shipping charges.
Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITIES
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Aimra’a, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
