Returns & Exchange

Each product at Aimra’a is handmade and made to order, please read our Exchange, Return and Refund policies for the same. 

Since all products are handmade and made to order, we DO NOT ACCEPT any cancellations or refunds once the order is in production. 

In case you decide to cancel your order, write to us on teamaimraa@gmail.com within 48 hours of order being placed and we will process store credits for the order. 

We only exchange products, if you have received damaged products in transit or received wrong products. 

In case you received damaged products, write to teamaimraa@gmail.com or connect on +91  7573013781 within 48 hours with pictures. 

Customized orders are not eligible for exchange, return or store credit. 

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE: ( If applicable) 

Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to email us at teamaimraa@gmail.com with their order number and product picture.

Note: We request you to kindly be patient after raising the query as our working hours are 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). Our team will be happy to take up your queries as soon as possible. 


Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.

The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is courier by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).

Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.

Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct products, as per Aimra’a policy.

Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.

It may take longer than usual to ship the exchanged product.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
